TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FOR ALL TOUR BOOKINGS
A half deposit is required for booking confirmation and the balance must be paid before the commencement of the tour. Invoice will be given to secure your bookings.
MODES OF PAYMENT
The default tour prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR). We accept payment by credit cards, cash, cheque and inter-bank funds transfers.
CREDIT CARD
Online or physical card payment via VISA/MASTER credit card in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once a booking has been made we are unable to refund the deposit and once a course has started we are unable to refund the balance. Services are non-transferable or exchangeable.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
Borneo Exotika Adventure provide a special request such as birthday surprise but please inform the reservations department during booking. However, such requests are strictly subject to confirmation and availability.
REFUNDS
After the tour has start off or any unused tour services that was included but is unable or limited to transfer, such as, meals, accommodation or any other services not utilized, there will be no refund for cancellation.
However, when there is a refund needed in an event, the refund will be credited to you in the same method as your payment. Please note that the refund will take up to few working days to process.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FORM
Borneo Exotika Adventure Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable and disclaims all liability and responsibility for any direct or indirect loss, damage or injury which may be suffered by you using our “Liability Form”, or relying on anything contained on this website. Every individual joining in our organized tour shall be regarded as to carry his own risk with respect to indirect loss, damage or injury to person or property.
POSSIBLE CHANGES
It may be possible that due to unpleasant weather or any unforeseen circumstances the tour itinerary or route might be changed. Similar standard arrangements will be substituted for the changes. However, no refunds will be available. Borneo Exotika Adventure Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to make any changes to travel arrangements at any time without compensation.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Borneo Exotika Adventure Sdn. Bhd. have strict standard against client’s security and confidentiality of their personal information. The company collect information from client for the purpose of fulfilling the transaction for smooth services delivery. Borneo Exotika Adventure Sdn. Bhd. Will not disclose any of the client’s personal information to unauthorized third party without any prior permission.
