- Pick-up from hotel & depart to the basecamp near to the Korean Club Restaurant, Tanjung Aru

𝟓.𝟒𝟓𝐀𝐌 / 𝟒.𝟑𝟎𝐏𝐌:

- Estimated time arrival at the basecamp

- Register on the guest namelist form

- Change into suitable attire

- Wear lifejacket

- Guide will give paddle for each guest and bring them to the Tanjung Aru Beach

𝟔.𝟎𝟎𝐀𝐌 / 𝟓.𝟎𝟎𝐏𝐌:

- Guide will give a briefing on how to use the stand-up paddle (15 - 20 minutes briefing session)

- Sunrise stand-up paddle tour starts

- Got to the sandbar / poontoon (depends on the sea conditions)

- Take a rest while enjoying the sinrise view (photography session)

- Go back to the beach

- Shower and change clothes

1.1 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏
Reservation / Tour booking should be made through Borneo Exotika Adventure Sdn. Bhd. Advance reservation by email or WhatsApp are preferred. (All details given in the address above)

1.2 𝑻𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑩𝒐𝒐𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑫𝒆𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒍𝒔 𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒅
Full name and identification number of participants are required for the reservation / booking.

1.3 𝑪𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔
ALL cancellation must be made in writing either by e-mail or by text. Cancellations by phone alone will not be honored. Cancellations must be in writing in order to clear up any miscommunications or misunderstandings. This policy is to avoid double booking errors or date / time change errors. If you cancel less than *24 hours* before your charter date or *no show* on the day of your charter you will be charged 100% of the charter rate. Postpone option is available if it rains heavily or the wind conditions are to high. Please be courteous and give us enough time re-book the date and we will work with you.

1.4 𝑭𝒖𝒍𝒍 𝑷𝒂𝒚𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕
Full / Final payment is due before the tour starts. If full payment is not received by the due date, your reservation will be cancelled immediately.

1.5 𝑷𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑩𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔
We will not accept responsibility for the loss of damage to any personal belongings let unattended on these premises.
Full payment ONE (1) day before tour.

Registration with full name and I/C number. (List form & Liability form)

Please keep your personal belongings as we will not be responsible for the loss and damage.

Vehicle key can pass to our crew for safekeeping before tour out.

After the tour, please bring along your paddle and lifejacket back to our basecamp.
